“Famous” is simply a song that is based on being “Famous”. It’s from the point of view of an artist that is living the life on the road, doing shows, sleepless nights, and feeling the love from the fans and groupies. He goes on to say that being famous isn’t everything that it’s cracked up to be. If he had a choice he wouldn’t be a very popular famous artist, because he feels that the money and glory has separated him from his family and the simple things in life that he enjoys the most. This was my way of saying that if I ever make it, I wouldn’t want to be as popular as most artist, but I would still appreciate it.
